My counselling approach integrates evidence-based and experiential modalities to support inner awareness, regulation, and self-understanding. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) tools, Narrative and Existential Therapy, I help clients make sense of their thoughts and experiences while cultivating practical strategies for change.
Rooted in a somatic, mindful, and expressive framework, sessions blend cognitive awareness with embodied action — a “head-to-heart” connection is encouraged. This approach supports insight and deeper self-trust, especially for neurodiverse and creative individuals seeking a therapy style that honours both structure and self-expression.
